Blue ABS plastic total fitness pedometer. Counts steps taken, distance traveled, and calories burned. APD Accurate (patented pedometer counting technology designed for precise step and distance measurement). "Smart Timer" starts and stops according to user's movements. Automatic scanning mode which switches from walking to running depending on movement of user. Automatic stride adjustment. Recalls 7 days of activity. Unit flips down for easy viewing.
