Two piece forged starter set. High carbon no stain steel. Sharp and durable blade. Optimum balance and comfort. Manufactured exclusively for Sollingen, Germany using traditional hot-drop forged method. The handle has been designed for safety: it will not crack, lose its shape or separate from the blade. Ice tempered blade is made of high carbon, no stain steel for optimum sharpness and edge retention.
