Resistance band kit. Tones and strengthens the entire body. The kit includes three bands (light, medium, and heavy resistance), a circular band, resistance tubing and figure 8 band. Foam-covered handles for comfort. Also includes a 60 minute training DVD and a 600 Denier polyester canvas portable drawstring storage bag with adjustable shoulder strap.
