Pilates starter kit. Enhance flexibility and muscle tone anywhere with this portable kit. Includes a 55cm fitness ball, two-way action pump, heavy duty stretch band, 20 minute step-by-step instructional DVD, and a 600 Denier polyester canvas portable drawstring bag with an adjustable shoulder strap.
