Product Description
ID kit that will record and store a child's vital information. There is a place for a current photo (be sure to update yearly), your child's fingerprint and medical history. Pre-inked fingerprint strips will also be shipped along with this item. The card is 5" x 11" and folds to 2 5/8" x 5".
