11" - Economy balloons in choice of basic colors are ideal for special price sensitive promotions demanding a low cost printed balloon. They are made of 100% natural latex. 100% biodegradable latex. 100% natural substance that breaks down in both sunlight and water. Tapped from rubber trees that combat greenhouse gasses slowing global warming. Latex harvesting helps prevent deforestation. Biodegrades at about the same rate as an oak leaf.
