Durable 600 Denier poly-canvas material 2-tone collapsible trunk organizer with silver accents, 2 large compartments, cut-out handle and grommet detail and Velcro (R) closure on bottom to keep unit flat when not in use. Each side has an inside and outside slit pocket to separate important documents or receipts.
