Asian knife set. FDA compliant utensils. Three knives and cutting board in an elegant wood box. Includes 7-1/2" Yanagi knife that allows for easy filleting of fish, 6-1/2" Usaba knife ideal for chopping vegetables and 6-1/4" Deba knife with a heavy blade perfect for boning meat. Designed for sushi, these blades work exceptionally well for anything which requires sharp blades for delicate cuts. Cutting board can double as a serving platter.
