Product Description
Certificate / Photo frame. To present your certificate or photo for all to see and admire. The padded frame construction has a turned edge opening with a clear plastic protector. The frame back is die cut to stand or hang either vertical or horizontal position. Border size, 1 1/2" wide padded. Window size, 8 1/4" x 11 1/4". Insert size, 9" x 12". Includes a 5 mil acetate protector installed.
